Depot Maintenance
The depot maintenance includes the free-of-charge use of the hotline and the provision and immediate replacement of terminals in cases where your terminal does not work properly. The shipping of the replacement unit will be handled the same day if the claim is made before 3 p.m., otherwise on the next working day.
